MozCow's is led by it's MD Goswin Arendsen de Wolff supported by an Operation Manager for each location (Buzi, Chicacuale and Dondo) supported by herdsmen. Overall support is delivered by a dedicated accountant & HR manager, a logistics and operations manager and a dedicated veterenarian.

The operation managers, in close cooperation with the MD and the accountant, are responsible for the procurement of feed and animals.

Currently the staff consists of 32 FTE of which 31 employees are local employees.
